Welcome to Phoenix Mark Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website phoenixmarkstudio.com, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Custom Orders

All custom engraving or design projects are made to order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate text, artwork, or logo files.
     
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of defect or error on our part.
     
  • We may send proofs or digital previews for approval before engraving; final approval constitutes acceptance of all design details.
     

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
     
  • Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise arranged for B2B or bulk accounts.
     
  • Sales tax will be applied as required by the State of Maine.
     
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
     

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently serve customers within the State of Maine.
     
  • Shipping or local delivery options may vary depending on order type and size.
     
  • Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage during shipping.
     

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error caused by us, please contact us within 7 business days with photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the affected item.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photographs, and written content on this website are the property of Phoenix Mark Studio unless otherwise noted.
     
  • Customers must have rights or permission to use any designs, logos, or artwork submitted for engraving.
     
  • We reserve the right to use images of completed works (excluding personal information) for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
     

6. Product Variations

Natural materials such as wood and metal can vary in grain, color, and texture. Slight differences between items are normal and reflect the unique character of handcrafted work.


7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure quality and accuracy, Phoenix Mark Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.


8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell customer data to third parties.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Phoenix Mark Studio. Every item we create is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, we’ve outlined our return and refund policies below to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.


1. Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom engraved and made specifically for you.

  • Once a design has been approved and production has started, returns or refunds cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error caused by us.
     
  • We encourage you to carefully review all proofs, text, and design details before final approval.
     

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

If you purchase a ready-made or non-custom item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
     
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
     
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).
     

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue
     
  • Photographs showing the defect or damage
     

We’ll review your claim and offer one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement of the affected item
     
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
     
  • A repair or remake (for certain custom items)
     

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins with no penalty.
Once engraving or fabrication has started, the order cannot be canceled.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom items. Non-custom items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value, with the buyer responsible for any price difference.
